There is need for adequate security and  accurate measurement of engineering profiles and data .The consumable are also controlled with some standard parameters to conform with the phases of the projects.It is very important in every construction or project site to ascertained that material storage are controlled through the engineering secretary or store keeper.It is good idea for a project to be technically sound, and effectively fit to identify the materials needed for each phase of the activity .And it will also be nice to provide an avenue to control essential equipment inventory. A safety officer shall also be enabled to audit the site which shall serve as a way of communicating and regulating   proper wok procedures, for instance the tent for welding work may require inspection and test to avoid an unsafe work.
