Overlaps with that of an inventors
Percieve the societal needs which could concievably be met by some scientifically possible devices.
Possess qualities of character,
Single mindedness,
Self confidence,
Determination,
And inexhaustible imaginations.
In some countries the boundary between the Engineers and the technicians are clearly defined.
Production of devices are now left in the hands of the technicians.
While the Engineer plays only a supervisory role.
But in some other country there is a mixed activity role between these professionals.
These may be based on the optimal level of national development.
Hence it will be difficult to differentiate these professionals.
In such circumstance,the Engineer has to bother himself with design and production of such goods.
