The device barton-meter is an instrument device, that is used in process line to monitor the flow of fluid along the process network,it is calibrated in low and high pressures and it enables the interpretation of the variance,displacement of the pressure differential and the fluid temperature.In the event of hydrotest some special variable can also be easily interpreted when mounted on the discharge.there two types of barton meter,viz, i) Differential ii) Static. It consist of several components such as the following:
1. A chart plate with clip and other accessories.
2.It has pen link.
3.Linkage
4.Cover
5.A Clock
6.A Chart-pen
